This is basically the same concept as a onsie dress... only mommy sized!
It took about 1 yard of fabric and a navy T-shirt. I cut a few inches off the T Shirt, gathered the fabric, and attached the two! It looks the cutest with a little belt. I want to make another, with a thick piece of elastic between the fabric and the T shirt.
