You are the Bru to my chetta...

So, I LOVE Bruchetta. Maybe it is because I love tomatoes. I made this a few weeks ago for dinner and it was so pretty I had to take a picture! I marinated my chicken in vinegar, basil, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Basically Bruchetta without tomatoes. Then grilled the chicken, and when it was almost done cooking I added Mozzarella and Bruchetta. Then put it on toasted rosemary bread. YUMMY sandwich.
