I made this lovely comfy skirt about 3 weeks ago, and it had a nice late 80's vibe to it, like something Kelly Kapowski would wear on a date with Zach.
I have seen knit skirts like these all over the place, and I have wanted one, but none of them are long enough! pooh. So I decided to take a stab at it.
No hem on this knit skirt!
And big Slouchy pockets.
Thick elastic SEWN directly onto the fabric. I love this kind of a waistband. It may be my new favorite. Next time I think I will use THICKER elastic. Perfect for tucking a T-shirt into.

I love that skirt! I'm not sure if this is too much to ask, but would you be willing to post a tutorial on how to do that kind of waistband?
