I guess that is what I get for buying a shirt at the dollar tree! It mostly shrunk in length, so I though to myself, lets make it a dress.
And I LOVE how it turned out. Even better than it just being a shirt. I used a knit, and clear plastic elastic to gather it before I attached the two!
