Fabulous Fluffy 80's ReFashion

I have a wonderful friend who works at the coolest thrift store in Midway, Utah. She always finds the best treasures, and shares them with me. This came off the bottom of a 80's Prom dress.... just imagine those ruffles on the bottom and how puffy those sleeves must have been. I wish I could have seen it in action, but I guess the top was kind of gross, so she cut off the good part and sent it my way.

Oh how cute it turned out. I LOVE it and so does my little bug!
