Eliza's Blessing Dress

I made Addilyn a blessing dress, and so I decided Eliza needed one too. Also I had made a few more since Addie's and wanted to improve upon the design and add a few more feminine touches to it. I LOVE the way it turned out, and making the layers of lace was way easier than it looks. I loved the lace I got because it reminded me of tulle, but was WAY easier to work with and super cheap. I found it at Joanne's, but it only comes in black, white, and ivory. It would make a really cute skirt if you used about 4 layers of it and some elastic.
